SettleOps SettleOps
SettleOps Resource

Stablecoin payment security. Concrete guardrails.

Anti-error rules, one default network, tests, whitelists and a recovery plan. Simple and operational.

Non-custodial. We never touch your funds.

The guardrails that prevent irreversible mistakes

Most incidents come from a network error or an address error. The SettleOps method puts simple barriers in place. Easy to follow. Easy to audit.

Single network

Base by default. No choice to make at the time of payment. The alternative is used only if it has been validated.

Test for large amounts

A small-value test before an important payment. Non-negotiable rule.

Checks

Double-check of characters, QR code, address book and written confirmation of the network.

Operational checklist

Before sending
  • Address recorded and named
  • Network confirmed as Base
  • Amount and currency validated
  • Test completed if needed
During sending
  • Check the first 6 and last 6 characters
  • Do not copy manually
  • Keep the TXID
After receipt
  • Link it to the invoice in the sheet
  • Mark the status and the reference value
  • Archive the explorer proof

Backups and recovery plan

Keys and recovery

Offline backup procedure. Separation of access. The goal is to avoid dependence on one person.

Roles

If you have a team, we define who initiates, who validates and who keeps the accounting register.

Stop procedure

If there is doubt, do not click. Stop. Check. Document.

Security is a process, not a tool.

If you want a simple framework to apply, the diagnostic is there to validate your risks and internal habits.
