The SettleOps website does not provide a form. It does not install analytics cookies. It does not load external scripts.

If you book a slot through Calendly, you provide information to Calendly and to SettleOps in the context of scheduling the meeting.

Purpose

• Respond to a contact request
• Schedule a meeting
• Prepare a diagnostic

Legal basis

Legitimate interest in responding to requests. Performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the person.

Retention periods

• Requests that do not lead to a project. 12 months
• Clients. 5 years after the end of the relationship. Some documents may be kept longer where required by law

Recipients

SettleOps. Providers used for hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and meeting scheduling, such as Calendly. Data remains limited to what is necessary.
